As I pray for us today, I don’t only pray for happiness, peace and good times. No, I pray that we understand the depth of the riches of our Father’s love for us. Do you feel like your climbing a mountain and not sure you’re going to make it to the top?
I really enjoy this quote by Vince Lombardi, “No one on top of the mountain fell there”.
The view from the top is amazing, in large part due to the journey you took to get there.
Stop, pray, look around and ask God what God is doing in your life and the lives of your kids. Ask Jesus to help you refocus your energy to what He is doing.
Last week, we continued in Acts learning about the Holy Spirit. We looked at Stephen’s address in Elementary and the Ethiopian’s conversion In Toddler/Preschool. Both stories can be found in Acts.
Next week your kids will hear the story of Peter visiting Cornelius from Acts 10.
